I think something could be wrong with the e-commerce trying to upgrade to unlimited. I’ve tried to upgrade a few times and it seems to go through using Apple Pay, but then the Omi app dowsnt recognize the payment and thinks I’m still on the basic plan

@Monty1122 Just checking in to see if you were able to get what was needed for upgrading or if you are still having an issue? Sorry for the delay, the feedback board isn’t really mean for support requests so sometimes the comment responses are delayed.
