Questions & clarifications

Every time I sync my audio files it does it in tons of small 1 min files. This leaves me checking a ton of them to find the audio file i am looking for UNLESS the larger file is automatically associated with the correct summary. So far this has not be what I have found so maybe I am doing something wrong. Help!

    Those small 1-min chunks are normal — that's how Omi processes audio on the backend.

    What to do:

    1. Let the chunks sync (don't manually hunt through them)

    2. Wait for them to process into a conversation (Conversations tab)

    3. Open that conversation → the audio will be automatically assembled at the top


    You shouldn't need to check individual chunks — just go straight to the conversation and the full audio will be there.

    Try that flow and let me know if the audio isn't showing up properly in the conversation view.
