Charger not charging omi, light blinks percentage doesn't change from 1,sometimes percentage goes down for charge. Seems to work better with another omi charger.

    Sounds like a faulty charger. Try this:

    1. Clean the contacts on both the charger and pendant — use a dry cloth or cotton swab to remove any dust/debris from the pogo pins

    2. Check the USB cable — try a different cable and a different power source (wall adapter, not a laptop USB port)

    3. Press the pendant firmly onto the dock and check if the charging LEDs stabilize (should alternate green/red or green/blue)

    4. Compare with the other charger — if it charges fine with a different Omi charger, your charger is defective

    Since it works better with another charger, the issue is almost certainly the dock itself — bad pogo pin contact or a defective charging circuit.

    Contact help@omi.me and ask for a replacement charger. Mention that it works with another charger so they know it's the dock, not the pendant.
