My Omi shows when charging a flashing green light. When I look on the app the charge notification shows under 30 percent and declining.

    Flashing green + battery declining while charging = not normal — it should charge UP, not down.

    Quick troubleshooting:

    1. Clean the contacts: Pogo pins on dock + Omi — wipe with dry cloth, reseat firmly

    2. Try different USB: Use another cable + wall adapter (not computer USB, needs 5V/1A minimum)

    3. Check the LED more closely: Is it pure flashing green, or alternating green + another color (blue/red)?

      • Normal charging = alternating green/red or green/blue

      • Solid green = full

    1. Restart Omi: Long-press button, turn off/on


    If battery still drains while plugged in: That's a hardware defect (charging circuit or battery issue). Email help@omi.me with:

    • Order number

    • Description: "flashing green LED, battery drains instead of charging"

    • Screenshot of app showing declining %

    • Photo of Omi on charger


    They'll investigate and if defective, will send a replacement — this isn't fixable with settings, it's faulty hardware. This is rare but can happen.

    What USB adapter are you using (phone charger? laptop USB port?)?
