I need your assistance regarding the following issue.

I have been using PLAUD Note Pin connected to the Omi AI app, but suddenly recording via PLAUD Note Pin stopped working without any changes to the settings. The Omi AI app recognizes the PLAUD Note Pin, and the PLAUD Note Pin is powered on (the red light is lit), but audio is no longer syncing to the Omi AI app.

Additionally, when I tried to disconnect and reconnect the PLAUD Note Pin, I received a pop-up notification stating that the PLAUD Note Pin rejected the Bluetooth connection, which suggests that some setting may not be configured correctly.

    Hi @S U , sorry the NotePin stopped working with Omi. Seeing it listed in the app doesn’t confirm that Omi has established a recording connection, and the “rejected the Bluetooth connection” message is useful evidence.

    Is this still happening? If so, please share your Omi app version, Android phone model, NotePin firmware version, and a screenshot of that message. Also, were you trying to capture audio live while connected to Omi, or import a recording already stored on the NotePin? Those use different paths.

    For a live-connection test, please check whether the NotePin is in pairing mode and reconnect it from inside Omi, as described in our third-party device guide. Please don’t factory-reset the NotePin or clear its recordings while we check whether any audio is still stored on it.
