Connection issues

I’m having a repeated issue where when my device runs out of battery and then I turn it on again after charging you can see from the screenshots that what happens is it is connected to Bluetooth, but the Omi app does not see it until I disconnect

Hi @David Keane , thanks for the screenshots. We can see that after charging, your iPhone shows Omi as connected but the Omi app still shows it offline; manually disconnecting restores it. That shouldn’t be necessary. As a non-destructive check, does closing and reopening Omi or toggling Bluetooth off and on restore the app connection without disconnecting the device? Could you also share your Omi app version, CV1 firmware version, and iOS version, and clarify where you tap “disconnect”? If you have recordings waiting to sync, please don’t unpair, reset, or reinstall yet.
