Finding I’m checking Omi less and less now. UI just seems random and unorganized. Absolutely TOO MUCH AI!!! which does not correlate with user’s needs. Searches seldom find what I need and becoming useless. Needs REMINDERS and TASKS LISTS or TABS that actually record and recall things on demand. The current flags or “tags” are worthless (or maybe too complicated for me to setup). Really missing what Limitless.ai and its Pendant had started. Today I had a 20 minute call to Delta Airlines, ON SPEAKER, and ASK OMI can’t find AT ALL. C’mon. Really disappointing. Getting close to quitting here…

    Sorry to hear that — let me help with what we actually have today that might fix some of this:

    Tasks/Reminders: Omi does have a Tasks tab — it auto-extracts action items from conversations. You can also sync them to Google Tasks (Tasks → Share icon → Google Tasks) for reminders + widgets.

    That Delta call: we had a few server shortages but alrady fixed that, if the happened during the shortage we might have missed that. If it was on speaker and Omi was connected (blue LED + "Listening" in app), it should've captured it. Can you check Conversations tab — is it there but maybe not showing in Ask Omi search?

    Also check if it ended up in "Discarded" (sometimes short/unclear audio gets filtered).

    What's your app version (Settings → About)?

    Search: Try searching specific keywords from the call (like "Delta", "flight number") in the Conversations tab search bar, not just Ask Omi.

    Organization: You can use Folders and Star important conversations to keep things findable.

    Also custom summary templates if the default AI summaries aren't pulling what matters to you. Now — to actually improve things: what specifically would make this usable for you? Like:

    • What kind of "tabs" or organization would help?

    • When you say reminders — do you mean time-based alerts ("remind me at 3pm")?

    • For tags — what's the friction, too many steps to set up?
