Google calender

Hello, I want to connect the Google calender extensions app and use more agenda’s that I have on Google calender. When I log in via the extension, I see “the app is blocked” with explanation. If I use the integration on OMI, I only get the “main” agenda. What can I do to fix both?

Thanks everyone we confirmed two separate issues:

    1. “This app is blocked” is a Google OAuth block with no user-side workaround. We’re tracking it here: https://github.com/BasedHardware/omi/issues/12354

    2. Omi currently reads only the primary calendar. We’ve opened multi-calendar support here: https://github.com/BasedHardware/omi/issues/20195

For now, events must be moved or copied to your primary calendar to appear in Omi. We’ll update this post as both fixes progress.

Same here. Can't connect Gmail or Calendar. Also, the AI app creator just takes you back to the prompt window after it's done creating the app. Hope this stuff gets fixed.

I am seeing this as well. Also unable to connect with any google service. I keep getting “this app is blocked” without any option to continue

I am experiencing the same issue with Google Calendar stating, “This app is blocked.”

Issue 1: "The app is blocked"
This usually means Google is blocking Omi's OAuth request. Two common causes:

    • Google Workspace account: Your admin might have blocked third-party apps. Go to Google Workspace Admin Console → Security → API Controls → allow Omi app

    • Personal account: Try clicking "Advanced" → "Go to [app name] (unsafe)" on the blocked screen (Google shows this for unverified apps)

Issue 2: Only seeing "main" calendar The Google Calendar integration currently syncs only your primary calendar by default. To access multiple calendars:

    1. Check if the app has settings to select which calendars to sync (Apps tab → Google Calendar app → settings/configure)

    2. If not available: this is a limitation — want me to create a feature request for "multi-calendar support"?

Alternative: Use the Omi API + webhooks to pull from multiple calendars yourself if you're technical. Which Google account type are you using (personal or Workspace)?

Issue 1: I have a personal account. I don’t see the option “advanced” on the block screen. I see nothing just the warning “this app is blocked”. I already tried to fix it in my settings in my google account but this didn’t work.

      Issue 2:

This is a limitation, can you create a feature request.

I second this one - I am also experiencing the “app is blocked” error and I cannot connect omi to my google calendar in any other way.
