Thomas, we’ve completed the proposed fix for older conversations remaining locked despite Unlimited in #22031. It hasn’t shipped yet it needs merging and backend deployment. Once deployed, please refresh, open the affected conversation, and confirm access remains after restarting Omi. Please don’t pay again or reinstall. We’ll keep this open until your account’s recovery is verified.

@Thomas Thanks for the screenshots. Your Stats shows Unlimited, but an older conversation still asks you to upgrade you shouldn’t pay again. We’re tracking this in #20590. When did you upgrade, and do newer conversations open normally? Please email help@omi.me from your subscribed account with the affected conversation’s date so we can check its lock privately. If you have a moment, would you leave an honest rating on Google Play? Your feedback helps us improve.
