I am getting message regarding the 3.0.18 firmware update but it is never getting installed. Showing same message after installation, update now. All the time, I see 100% charging
I’m sorry the 3.0.18 update keeps being offered after you run it. Please don’t keep repeating the update while we check what version actually installed. Could you share your device model, phone and Omi app versions, and a screenshot of the firmware version shown in Device Settings after the update and reconnect? Does the battery still show 100% when the device is off the charger and has been used for a while?
We’ve added your report to #5902. Another user’s battery trouble after repeated attempts is important to investigate, but we can’t yet say the update caused it or that your device’s battery is actually full.
Once this is resolved, if we’ve earned it, we’d appreciate an honest rating on Google Play or the App Store.

I had the same thing happen. Just kept doing it until it seemed satisfied. Unfortunately that seems to have caused a battery issue now
