Missing Conversation
Why is it that Omni can capture a silly conversation with my bird but completely not register a VERY important conversation I had with my daughter this morning?
It involves a custody dispute and I really needed the transcript. It’s recorded when I let the dogs out from another room plus the bird conversation and an entire video on YouTube. VERY disappointing!

I’m sorry, Robyn especially since this was a conversation you needed. Please don’t reinstall Omi, reset the device, or clear its storage while this is checked. If available, look in Conversations with short and discarded conversations shown, and check Offline Sync for pending audio. Please email help@omi.me with a link to this post, the approximate recording time and timezone, and whether you used the wearable or phone. You don’t need to share the conversation or custody details publicly. We’ll need to check whether audio was captured, synced, or processed before we can say if it’s recoverable.
