My App is not working properly at all. My commands are hung. I've reboot and removed and reinstalled the app. It's still acting the same. Im also having issues with my round wearable, it's not recording and just acting up since recent updates. HELPa

    We had a few server shortages, but fixed them quickly. We should see things running smoothly now. Are you still facing any issues?

    Hey, sorry about this. Sounds like either a bad app state or a temporary backend issue.

    First: force close Omi → toggle airplane mode on/off → open Omi → log out/in, and make sure Mic + Bluetooth permissions are allowed.

    For the wearable: what LED are you seeing (blue/red/off), and does it show “Listening” in-app?

    Also tell me iOS/Android + app version (Settings → About) so we can pinpoint the update that broke it.
