New Omi CV1 Stuck on purple light (red + blue on)

My Omi is stuck on a purple/pink light as soon as it's connected to the charger; it doesn't respond to power off and doesn't respond to the button.

I've already let it discharge 100% until it completely turned off, but when I connect it to the charger, it starts up with the purple/pink light and doesn't change.

I tried to reset it by holding the button while plugging it into the charger; the LED turns off for a few seconds and then returns to purple/pink. Only once did it switch from purple/pink to red and blue (pairing); I paired it and updated it, but as soon as I went to charge it again, it got stuck on this purple/pink light, and now I can't get it to work again.

I need help.

    Hi @Junior Sereno, I’m sorry we didn’t follow up sooner. You’ve already tried both a full discharge and the charger-button reset, so I won’t ask you to repeat them. Is the CV1 still stuck on the pink/purple light and unresponsive?

    If it is, please email help@omi.me from your purchase email with your order number and a short video showing what happens when you place it on the charger. Please mention this Featurebase request so the team can assess repair or replacement. Don’t post your order number or device serial here. If the device becomes unusually hot or appears damaged, unplug it and stop charging it.
