New Omi won't turn on.

It's been about a week since I got it? The first few days were buggy all.over, so I reinstalled the app. That helped a lot, but still seemed pretty unstable and I lost a lot of conversations. I was sure I had some setting wrong and kept trying. There aren't exactly consumer friendly docs that give guidance for the setting, which is a real disappointment. I thought I was buying a device, not a development project.

Last night it completely died. Won't charge. Nothing. No light, no connection, no vibration. Doesn't matter if I change plugs or press the button while charging. Deeply disappointed. Have emailed support.
