No Transcription Being Recognised
I utilise the CV1 Omi hardware, along with the Omi app. When connecting my CV1, it correctly shows the blue ‘connected’ LED, and correctly shows as ‘listening’ in the Omi app. However, no spoken words are transcribing at all. As a further test, I disconnected the CV1, and used my mobile device's microphone to talk, but there was still no transcriptions going through. This indicates that it's an issue with the app not recieving any of the audio live. I noticed with regards to my CV1, that all of the live talking I was doing for testing, was just being stored in the on board SD card, even when it was showing it all as connected and in a listening state. This again further indicates that there's no issue with the microphones picking up audio, but a bug within the apps recent update. I performed my testing by connecting my CV1 to both my Apple iPad, and my Samsung Galaxy android phone.

We had a few server shortages, but fixed them quickly. We should see things running smoothly now. Are you still facing any issues?

If both CV1 mic + phone mic produce zero text, it’s usually (1) mic permission, (2) account/session stuck, (3) network/API reachability — or a temporary server hiccup.
Quick fixes: on iPad/Android Settings → Omi → Microphone = Allow, then log out/in in Omi, and test on cellular + Wi‑Fi; make sure you’re on the latest app build.
Is it still happening right now? If yes, send your Omi app version (Settings → About) + a screenshot of the Listening screen.
