I have the pendant and it will not operate by itself without the app. Shouldn’t it start to do something already when I turn it on? And maybe I connect the app the next day and then get things sorted.
Sorry for the delayed response. The device can record on its own without needing to stay connected to your phone. It has onboard storage that can hold up to 24 hours of conversations.
Once the device reconnects to the app, it will automatically sync the stored conversations, provided you are running the latest firmware version.
