Charge it fully first — leave it on the charger until you see a solid green LED. If the battery is very low, it'll shut off immediately after booting.
Check the charging contacts — make sure the pogo pins on the dock are clean and making good contact. Wipe both the pendant and dock contacts with a dry cloth.
Try a long press (3+ seconds) to power it on — the recent firmware update changed from single click to press-and-hold. Make sure you're holding until you feel a vibration.
Check for firmware update — if it powers on briefly, quickly open the Omi app and see if there's a pending firmware update. A partially installed update can cause boot loops.
If it keeps shutting off even with a full charge, the battery or firmware may be damaged.
Contact help@omi.me with your order details and they can help with a replacement.
How long have you had the device, and did this start after a firmware update?
