Pairing complete no connection

Hello anytime I try to pair this device. It gives me a pairing complete, but the ice device only blinks a red status.

My app and phone says the device is paired, but the device has a blinking red that I cannot get to fully connect when I have followed the instructions.

    Hi @derek@cxo.financial,

    A flashing red light even after the device is connected usually means the device's time is not synced.

    Could you please try the following:

    1. Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove Omi if it appears there.

    2. Turn Bluetooth off and then back on.

    3. Restart your phone.

    4. Open the Omi app and connect the device again normally.

    This should resync the device time and resolve the issue. Let us know if you're still seeing the flashing red light afterward.
