Pendant not charging or glitch in the firmware or software

“My consumer pendant shows purple → red → flashing red/blue/green on boot. In the app the battery reads 100% right after turning on, then instantly drops to 1%. I’ve tried multiple chargers/cables and restarting both the app and device, but it never shows a stable charging state. Can you help replace or repair this unit?”

    That's not normal behavior — purple LED and the battery jumping from 100% to 1% instantly points to a hardware issue (likely a failing battery or faulty battery sensor). What to do:

    1. Try one more thing first — leave it on the charger for 1+ hour straight without touching it, then check if the LED stabilizes to alternating green/red or green/blue

    2. If the same erratic behavior continues (purple LED, 100% → 1% drop), this is almost certainly a defective unit
