Pendant not connecting

After the last update of the app and the last update of the firmware, my pendant is not connecting to the app anymore. I have two pendant and also a limitless pendant. They are correctrly connecting to the bluetooth, they are visible in the app when i try to associate it, but after the association (that take sooo long) they are not visible and working on the app!

@Andrea Cattane and @Gustavo Vaz , I’m sorry the Bluetooth steps didn’t resolve this—and that Gustavo’s iPhone then stopped seeing the device. I’ve added your reports to #19453. We haven’t confirmed the cause or a fix for your devices, and we won’t ask you to repeat the same reset steps.

Since these reports are a few months old, is either device still failing to connect? If so, please share your current Omi app version and last-known firmware version here. A Support teammate should review device-specific details privately rather than asking you to post identifiers or logs publicly.

If we resolve this and earn back your trust, we’d appreciate an honest App Store rating.

Hi @Andrea Cattane please try removing/forgetting the device from bluetooth settings in your phone. And then turn off the bluetooth, restart the phone and turn it back on. Once this is done please try connecting the device to the app and it should work without issues. Also can you please confirm if this is happening after updating the firmware version to 3.0.19

Same problem here. Omi device with red light blinking. No connection and after doing the bluetooth procedure above, Iphone doesn’t recognize Omi anymore
