Pendant recordings stuck in "Processing" since today's app + firmware update (no transcript, 0 usage)

Since updating both the iOS app and the pendant firmware today (Nov 5, 2026), none of my pendant recordings are being transcribed.

What happens

- Every pendant recording since ~12:56 KST on Nov 5 is stuck in "Processing… / 메모 작성 중" on Home (5 conversations: 1h37m, 1h1m, 6m7s, 1m17s, 8s).

- In the live "Listening now" view, it shows "Uploading 8s of audio for transcription…" with a spinner forever. No transcript text ever appears (tested for 16+ minutes).

- Plan & Usage shows 0 activity today and only 1 of 300 minutes used this month, so the audio never reached transcription.

- Via the Omi MCP/API, these conversations exist but have empty transcript_segments and empty titles.

What I already tried

- Tested on two different Wi-Fi networks: same result.

- Switched transcription from "Omi" to "On-device": same result (still stuck, no text).

- App and firmware are both on the latest version.

What still works

- Recordings made with the phone microphone in the app are transcribed and processed normally (e.g. Nov 3).

So the issue seems to be specific to pendant audio → app after today's update, not network, quota, or server transcription.

Requests

1. Please fix or advise a workaround for pendant transcription.

2. Is the audio from today's stuck recordings preserved? If so, please reprocess them. One of them (13:19–14:15 KST) contains an important call.
