Quiet time

I’d like a scheduled ‘microphone off’ mode, where I can set hours (e.g. 9am–4:30pm) to automatically disable recording for privacy, battery, and less file clutter. Optionally, allow quick override (manual/tap-to-record) during these times. This would really help for accessibility and peace of mind.
