Recording on Apple Watch never worked
Recording from Apple Watch doesn’t work at all, I tried recording conversation using Apple Watch, I started omi on Apple Watch, clicked on tap to record, it recorded for a while the conversation, I stopped it on Apple Watch, nothing new appears in the app on iPhone, I tried waiting for several minutes, restarting up, repeating the test using Apple Watch and iPhone, still nothing, looks like the Apple Watch never sync the recorded conversation

I also have the exact same problem with my Apple Watch Ultra 4. The Apple Watch app appears to start recording but nothing shows in the app - only that the watch is connected. The Bluetooth and transmission rate remains at zero. App version is Omi AI 1.0.564 (1401) — iPhone — iOS 27.0.1. There is no “Save Audio to phone” option. I could only find a “Store Audio on Phone” which I enabled but did not make a difference. Offline Sync claims that all recordings are synced.
Please help as the Apple Watch integration is crucial for my use case!

Hi @Alex Radinsky I’m sorry the Watch recordings aren’t appearing on your iPhone. We’re tracking a similar issue in #4703. Could you share your Omi app version, Watch model, whether “Save audio to phone” is on, and what Offline Sync shows for pending or failed recordings? Please don’t reinstall or reset either app while we check whether any recordings can still be recovered.
Once recording works reliably for you, we’d welcome an honest rating on the App Store.
