It has never charged even when on charge for 14 hours. Red light just keeps charging. OMI is on my iPhone, working when I hit Record, and shows me Mind Map. I’d love to have the pendent working!
Hi @A Guinevere I’m sorry the pendant hasn’t charged, especially after 14 hours. Recording on your iPhone and seeing a Mind Map don’t confirm that the pendant itself is working. Please don’t leave it charging longer to test it. Could you tell us whether the red light flashes on or off the charger, what battery percentage the app shows, and whether you’ve tried a different USB power source?
