Hi @Scott Meredith#20458 fixes one duplication cause and is already merged and released on iOS since 1.0.555. Additional deletion/refresh fixes are in #22054, which still needs merging and a mobile release.
After that release, please update, delete a task and scroll, then reopen Omi. Let us know whether other rows still repeat and which app version you’re using so we can verify your case.

@Scott Meredith the fix for one cause of duplicate tasks has now merged in PR #20458. I haven’t confirmed an iOS release containing it yet, so I’ll share the version when it’s available for you to retest. If duplicates still appear after that, we’ll investigate further.

Thanks for the screenshot, Scott. We reproduced one way deleting a task can make another appear twice in the iOS list. A fix is under review in PR #20458; it hasn’t shipped yet. What app version are you on, and do the duplicates remain after reopening Omi? That will help us confirm whether your case has the same cause.
