Show AI replies in conversation record

Right now, only my transcribed audio appears in the timeline. Please also display the assistant’s text replies interleaved with mine. The text already exists, so it’s just a UI/data tweak—no extra audio or transcription needed. This would make it much easier to review or reflect on past conversations. Optional: add a toggle for privacy.
