Update: #22841 has now merged, and its backend changes have been deployed. The mobile Tasks recovery and named Task Integrations entry are not yet in the current public iOS version, so there is nothing new you need to test today. We’ll post the exact app version once it is available. Then please check that tasks remain after refreshing or reopening Omi and that Task Integrations opens from Settings or the Tasks menu. We’re keeping this Featurebase post open until the released behavior is verified.

The earlier task-saving fix (#12424) is deployed to the standard backend. Additional mobile, recovery and Task Integrations fixes are in #22841, which still needs merging, backend deployment and an app release. After release, please check that affected tasks remain after refreshing/reopening and Task Integrations opens. Older desktop items require Add Task. We’re keeping this open until verified.

@LILIAN ALVES Sorry the extracted items aren’t showing in Tasks. We’re tracking this in #20595. Were the affected conversations recorded on your phone/pendant or on desktop? What Omi app version are you using, and do the items appear under Completed? Please send one affected conversation’s date/time privately to help@omi.me. On recent builds, Task Integrations is under Tasks → top-right export icon, rather than Settings. If you have a moment, would you leave an honest App Store rating?
