Thanks for reporting this. Could you share:
App version and whether audio came from CV1 or the Mac/iPhone mic
Language used
2–3 examples of the expected words versus the transcript
Conversation time or diagnostic report ID
We need a sample to identify the transcription path causing it. General accuracy improvements are tracked in #5565.
