Wont charge past 70%

Ever since I got my Omi, it will not charge past 70%. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Hi, this is not normal, usually it’ll go to 100% (solid green).

    Try: clean the dock/pogo pins, reseat it firmly, and leave it charging 2–3 hours (don’t use it while charging) + reboot the device once.

    What LED do you see on the charger (alternating green/red or green/blue, or something else)?
